For the last decade, the business world has seen a rapidly changing environment; and organisations need to continually adapt to these changes to remain relevant. Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) works to improve productivity through process (or product/service offering) redesign, innovation and adopting the best aspects of Kaizen techniques.
In this workshop, you will learn how to examine the benefits of introducing key BPR techniques to accounting and organizational processes. With exercises and case studies, participants will also learn the proven tools as well as techniques to develop for practical application back in the workplace.
