Assertiveness is the ability to express yourself and your rights without violating the rights and triggering emotions of others. Acting assertively will allow you to feel self-confident and will generally gain you the respect of your peers and friends. More importantly, instead of being reactive and awaits for challenging moments and conflicts to come, we can act more proactively in getting ourselves both mentally and skilfully prepared for them.
This workshop concentrates on building up essential assertiveness and influencing skills in order to help you communicate on an even footing and get their point across in a firm, concise and empowering manner in negotiations and conflicts scenarios.
