Prework
Your compulsory pre-work involves nominating several peers, subordinates and a superior to complete feedback reports. The feedback surveys are sent by a third party but you will need to ensure that feedback is completed by your nominated persons prior to the program. During the program, feedback will be analysed and you will receive a one-one coaching session with the facilitator.

John Trevillyan FCPA
John Trevillyan has over 21 years of experience at the Melbourne Business School, designing programs to achieve learning and operational outcomes for all levels of management.
John has an outstanding knowledge of educational methodologies and approaches. He develops innovative programs for his clients worldwide, using a range of paper based and e-Learn technologies. He designs programs to achieve learning and operational outcomes for all levels of management.
As a partner in Negotiation Education Australia, John provides negotiation programs to clients such as Bunnings, AXA and Honda and has developed and facilitated decision making programs for such clients as National Australia Bank and Racing Victoria. John has also provided similar programs to the ACCC and not for profit organisations such as Vision Australia and Baptcare.
Lisa Barrand
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in strategy and negotiation, designing and leading programs for Melbourne Business School, supporting organisations to make things happen, not just talk about them. She uses her teaching and negotiation talent for developing stakeholder engagement capability within both private and public sector organisations.

She also works on projects requiring diverse parties to collaborate on challenging projects. Her past clients include Fresenius Kabi, AXA, Commlife Indonesia, Colorado, Nike Australia, Simplot, Orica, the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council and the Department of Environment and Heritage.
