The rules governing self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) have and will continue to change. As an auditor it is essential that you understand and implement the rules.
This practical workshop examines a case study where you are presented with an audit of a fund. You will learn how to plan the audit and determine exactly what, if anything has been breached from a financial and compliance perspective. Where breaches are detected you will determine how to resolve and report them to both the trustee and the ATO.

This workshop fulfils the compulsory component within the CPA Australia competency requirements for SMSF Auditors which consists of 30 hours structured training every 3 years.
