- Obligations of an employer
- Procedure for objection, appeal, correction of error, holdover of provisional tax (especially for new deductions for 2019/20)
- Consequences of late payment of tax, surcharge and IRD’s authority for recovery of unpaid tax from taxpayers
- Back duty and investigation
- IRD’s authority for collection of information
- Penalty for not complying the obligations of IRO, under-statement of income in a tax return and provision of wrong or false information to IRD

Patrick Ho, LL.B, LL.M., MBA, MCS, FCCA, FCPA
