Trainer profile:

Dr. Ranjit Nair is a leadership and talent management expert, executive coach, facilitator, consultant, educator, speaker and author. He advises leaders to design and implement winning people and management strategies to inculcate a people-focused culture, develop innovative practices, and implement powerful leadership development programs in their companies. He is the former Chief Human Resources Officer at GlobalFoundries, Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Bank of America and also worked at Honeywell International, Becton Dickinson and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Dr. Nair grew up in Hong Kong and completed his schooling at La Salle Primary and La Salle College. He has a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and an undergraduate in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
