Trainer profile:

Dr Davy Wu, Senior Lecturer in Law and Programme Director of Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Compliance, Hong Kong Baptist University

Dr Wu serves two listed companies as an INED. He is also a joint director of Professional Diploma in Insolvency for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
