Jonathan Lee, Business Development Director, Solium Capital (HK) Ltd

Mr Lee has over 13 years of experience in the employee share plans industry specifically focused on Asia. He has worked on more than 100 employee share plan projects; assisted Hong Kong and US listed companies in formulating all types of management solution; and worked with over 300 listed companies in Asia since 2005. Mr Lee was the Vice President of Computershare Plan Manager Asia, Managing Director, ESOP division of Yunfeng Financial Group Limited before joining Solium.
