This course focuses initially on what diversity is, how to leverage the diversity within your organisation, and the barriers that must be overcome to create a diversified working environment. It then shows how to improve your own understanding of how you and others view the world and explores strategies to increase your awareness and acceptance of diverse cultures, people and ideas, and how to become an advocate for diversity.
