As part of doing business better, this interactive course will explore frameworks and explain the steps and techniques to improve risk management throughout your firm.
So that you can participate in discussions on risk management this course starts with a selection of risk management terminology. It then goes on to briefly compare several alternative well-known risk management approaches including ISO 31000 and COSO’s framework and cube. We look in more depth at the ISO 31000’s Risk Management process and conclude with examples of some of the tools that can be used in the process. Tools include Ishikawa analysis, Risk matrix, Risk register and Bowtie diagrams.
