This course considers how mentors can use self-assessment to identify and address skill gaps to maintain successful mentoring relationships. It also examines the qualitative and quantitative methods used to evaluate mentoring programs and how to assess the overall effectiveness of the program. Finally, the course provides guidelines on how to effectively end mentoring relationships when there are difficult circumstances or when the relationship has successfully completed its objectives.
