December 2026: Managing Unconscious Bias 

This session is focused on exploring the concept of managing unconscious bias. Participants will explore the potential impact this bias can result in making decisions, influencing others without realising it.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Explain the concept of unconscious bias and how it impacts the workplace
• Discuss how unconscious bias affects the way people perceive and process information and how this impacts decision-making
• Explain the concept of micro behaviours and how they affect others
