October 2026: Leading and Managing Change in Complex Systems  

This session focuses on leading and managing change in complex systems. Participants will be introduced to the links between change, uncertainty and complexity and, explore a framework to lead others through uncertainty and change.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Identify the links between complexity, uncertainty and change
• Develop a framework for thinking about change in complexity
• Use key steps to succeed in leading others through uncertainty and change
