September 2026: Effective Negotiation Skills 

This session focuses on the concept of negotiation and practical strategies to apply negotiation in difficult conversations. Participants will identify the power of words and the art of strategy and diplomacy in negotiation.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Describe what it means to ‘negotiate’
• Neutralise difficult negotiations and their tactics
• Demonstrate how to systematically approach negotiation planning and be able to position and strategically build positioning power
