August 2026: Conflict Resolution 

This session will focus on the concept of interpersonal conflict and explore strategies to manage such conflict effectively in the workplace. Participants will explore strategies to prevent and manage the more negative and challenging side of interpersonal conflict.

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Reflect on strategies that prevent and manage conflict
• Identify your own default conflict styles and consider how this may vary in different situations
• Apply emotional and logical interaction management to help manage others during conflict
