Influence is a subtle art, and fundamental to other key skills that finance professionals need to possess in order to thrive in their careers.
In this course we will we look at different approaches and strategies that can be taken during a negotiation and the five key steps of the negotiation process. You will also learn about various sources of power in the workplace, different influencing styles and strategies and barriers to influence.
