CPA Australia is proud to partner with Women on Boards (WOB) for the delivery of the CPA Australia Women in Leadership (Finance) virtual classroom series, aimed at providing support to members career progression by addressing the professional development needs of female leaders.
The CPA Australia Women in Leadership (Finance)virtual classroom series will build capability beyond technical knowledge and skills, by enhancing critical soft skills and developing your capabilities in areas such as leadership, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
Based on current industry trends and relevant finance capabilities, this program will prepare you for your next executive or board level position and runs over 9 weekly 90 minutes virtual sessions.

This virtual classroom series will be limited to a group of up to forty CPA Australia members and delivered by a range of subject matter experts and women in senior leadership roles.
This virtual classroom series includes compulsory pre and post course work for each session to help support practical application of the learning in the workplace. The additional coursework is reflected in the number of CPD hours attributed to this course.
Each session will be recorded and made available to participants in addition to learning content such as webcast recordings, webcast interviews and other associated program resources.
A certificate of completion will be issued to each member after attending the series.
