CPA Q&A is the essential professional development resource for 2020, exclusively available and complimentary to CPA Australia members.
Keep up to date across a wide range of finance, accounting, business and leadership topics, tailored to your choice of the Corporate/SME, Government/NFP or Public Practice sectors. Each month a handpicked selection of publications, articles and ebooks will be made available via My Online Learning (MYOL) - simply access the online resource, review and answer a short assessment to earn CPD hours.
From February to December CPA Q&A will offer you an unparalleled range of topics from the CPA Australia library such as:
- business management and planning
- financial modelling
- risk management
- change management
- developing and managing people
- problem solving and decision making
- accounting and finance
- forensic accounting
- building relationships and interpersonal skills
- business communication
Key resources include ProQuest (including newspaper articles from around the world), INTHEBLACK magazine, Intheblack.com, InPractice, information guides and selected On Demand videos.
CPA members can enrol at any time and gain access to the full year of assessments through My Online Learning. The assessments are created by a panel of CPA Australia members, carefully tailored to the sector for maximum value and relevance. The assessment questions, consisting of 15 general topic questions and five technical questions, are developed to challenge, enhance and broaden your knowledge.
Assessments will be made available via My Online Learning on the first of each month, along with a direct link to the resource the question(s) are based on. Successfully answer the 20 multiple-choice questions each month to earn 16.5 CPD hours. A score of 80% per assessment is required and you are entitled to three attempts.
Please note, CPD hours will be credited to the CPD diary upon successful completion of all 11 assessments.
CPA Q&A is accessible anywhere, anytime and on any device. You can enrol in this 11 assessment bundle any time up to 31 December 2020. You will have 12 months from the time of enrolment to complete this course.
