Do you know what workplace ethics are—and aren’t, and how they vary from typical business decisions? This interactive online course pack will help you improve decision making by understanding and surmounting common decision challenges, discovering tactics for generating alternatives for a decision and communicating the decision effectively to the right individuals.  It will also help you to explore a practical method for making an ethical decision and discover how to foster integrity in the workplace and to apply ethics across borders.

In each lesson, you'll learn the key management concepts with a mix of content, videos, infographics, and downloadable tools. You can then use the real-word scenarios, self-tests and assessments to measure your understanding.
