CPA Australia has partnered with Harvard Business School Publishing to curate a collection of leadership development courses specifically for professionals looking to manage performance through goal setting, and performance and feedback discussions.

This interactive online course pack will equip you to establish clear goals, have the discipline to reach them, and evaluate their impact. It will help you prepare for and conduct productive discussions, and how to regularly follow up with your employees so they can meet their goals.
