This interactive online course pack will help you improve how you conduct two-way coaching and feedback conversations to get the best from your direct reports, help them master new skills, and create an environment that encourages ongoing learning. It will also help you build your confidence in when and how to give and ask for effective feedback.
In each lesson, you'll learn the key management concepts with a mix of content, videos, infographics, and downloadable tools. You can then use the real-word scenarios, self-tests and assessments to measure your understanding.
